The opening of the bids relating to the call for tenders open on price offers n ° 31 INF-UMP / 2018 — relating to the Supply, Installation and commissioning of computer and telephone networks at the University Campus of Technology Transfer and Expertise (CUTTE) in a single batch— will be proceeded in the meeting room of the presidency of the University Mohammed Premier BP 524 on 07/12/2018 at 09h00min.
The bidding documents can be removed from the office of the economic service of the Presidency of the University Mohammed Premier of Oujda. They can also be downloaded from the website of the state markets: http // www. marchespublics.gov.ma
The provisional bond is fixed at the sum of:
13,000.00 DHS (Thirteen Thousand Dirhams)
The estimation of the costs of the supplies established by the owner is fixed at the sum of:
853 846,80 DHS TTC (Eight Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Hundred Six Dirhams Four Twenty Centimes All Taxes Included)
The documentation provided for in section 13 of the consultation by-law must be filed no later than the working day preceding the date fixed for the opening of the bids.
The last deadline for submitting of the documentation is 06/12/2018 before 15h30min.
The content, presentation and filing of the competitors' files must comply with the provisions of Articles 27 and 29 and 31 of the Public Procurement Regulation of the University Mohammed Premier - Oujda.
Competitors can either:
- deposit their files against a voucher at the office of the economic service of the Presidency of the University Mohammed first of Oujda
- send them by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the aforementioned office.
- give them to the chairman of the tender commission at the beginning of the meeting and before the opening of the bids.
- transmit them electronically to the contracting authority in the public procurement portal in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy and Finance N ° 20-14 of 8 Kaada 1435 (4 September 2014) on the dematerialization procurement procedures.
The supporting documents to be provided are those provided for in Articles 8 and 9 of the consultation rules.
