Argument:

The emergence of the social and solidarity economy is part of a long political, economic and social history. It is marked by a multitude of reflections and the implementation of different types of initiatives. For some specialists, the social and solidarity economy is seen as an alternative to liberalism (Merlant, Passet, Robin, 2003). For others, it is the advent of a plural economy (Aznar et al., 1997).

Admittedly, the social solidarity economy (SSE) is the result of various ideologies that have found themselves faced with a reality marked by a blatant imbalance between a social layer that has benefited from the accelerated development of lucrative activities, and another part of the population sinking into growing poverty. This reality encouraged the birth of a multitude of initiatives and experiences in the form of creation of cooperatives and associations. There are thousands of institutions that have marked the birth and development of the social and solidarity economy.

However, despite these undeniable breakthroughs, the challenges ahead remain considerable. While continuing to focus on quantitative progress in expanding supply, social action is called to structurally integrate the qualitative dimension, particularly in terms of quality and sustainability of services produced and equity. in access to these services. More than for any other vulnerable category, the socio-economic integration of people with disabilities requires a holistic public policy integrating quantitative and qualitative dimensions.

To process, analyse and understand the subject, several questions may be raised. First, what about its explanatory factors and its historical and political roots? Why are we talking about the social and solidarity economy and what exactly is it? What are its actors and challenges? What about the current state of the social and solidarity economy in Morocco and elsewhere? His strengths and weaknesses? Its opportunities and risks for the state and society? How can we make the social and solidarity economy a real locomotive of the national economy? Can it be considered as the optimal solution for achieving territorial, equitable and sustainable development? How can one measure the performance of the social economy and on the basis of which criteria? Can we say that a fair social economy requires going beyond current approaches and adopts public policies based on a high capacity for innovation and an ability to put in place a coherent and integrated strategy.

In this respect, scientific contributions, all branches of the exact and human sciences, which engage in a reflection on the identification and determination of the academic and practical contributions around which the concept of the social and solidarity economy pivots, are solicited particularly.

Criteria for Evaluation:

• Originality of the approach adopted.

• Respect for scientific standards

• Relevance of the arguments developed.

• Clarity in terms of form and substance.

• Balanced structuring of the content of the article.

Rules to respect :

• The article must be preceded by an abstract in Arabic, French or English and must highlight the interest of the topic chosen, determine the problematic, specify the objectives of the article and the method adopted.

• Authors must send an electronic version of their abstracts within the limit of 500 words (Word format) indicating on the first page the title, the name of the author (s), the institutional affiliation and the e-mail address. .

• Participants must send a CV no longer than a page that mainly includes: city, phone number, email, personal photo, diploma, specialization, university, and a brief description of the completed research);

• The number of words of the articles must be between 3000 and 5000 words (including references)
